I have upgraded the account on May 9 but I am still on the free plan

    You've initiated a payment by Purchase Order, Wire Transfer, and Paypal, but not of these succeded. Our payment processor gives no result for the Account ID that was posted on our email. I also searched it by your email address, but still no result.

    Please give us the reference number or order number if you have it so we can check further. Otherwise, I would suggest upgrading by Credit Card or Paypal to make it faster. Purchase Order payment will take 15 or more days to be completed, and CC or Paypal will just take a minute.
