Upon checking the forms you shared previously, I think you're referring to the form embedded here: https://www.ihsvt.com/pages/client-forms
I can see you have a single upload field as well as a multiple uploads field, I have tested both and I can see they work on my end:
I have also tested this on my mobile device and I can see it works, I'm also able to upload files on your file upload fields:
I have also checked your submissions and I see there are some uploaded files, could you please test this on your end and let us know if you can replicate any issue?
If so, please provide us more details about the problem your user is experiencing while uploading the files, are they getting any error message?
