The pictures of many submissions are not avaliable to download.
I'm being redirected to a new page, announcing the 404 error.
How can I proceed to have those pictures?

If you're receiving error 404 while trying to access the uploaded file, it might happen that your users failed to upload the file completely or the upload was invalid. In that case, the files need to be re-uploaded.
But, could you please share the Form ID where you're experiencing this issue so we can check further.
