Getting results via email after submission

Hello,

I would like the capture the email addresses of those who complete the survey, so I would like to have them enter their name and email in order to get their survey results. I'm not sure how I do this with Jotform.  Is there an article or video that demonstrates how to do this?

All you would need to do is add a name and email field to your form.  After that, set up an autoresponder email for the email field:
