Also, is there a way to masque the domain of a form's URL in a browser with JotForm? For example, instead of the URL link for the form saying form.jotform.us can I make that first part of that domain be specific to my company name?

You can use a custom domain for your forms by adding a CNAME record to your hosting DNS settings.

Please note that we currently do not support HTTPs on a custom domain.
