does not look like the form i am editing... not even close
what am i doing wrong?

in addition i have tried 2 different browsers ie and firefox
things are not even in the same order

i resolved this issue by cloning the form and using the new one and it seems to work now

If such issue happens again, please inform us so we can look into it. Cloning a form should not be the solution to enable to saving/updating the forms. I suspect that some network/internet latency could be causing the delayed execution response during the time you were modifying/updating and saving the form.
