Country Picker widget is not working in China

    Hello

     

    On our application we use a country picker widget to gather country of birth and country of citizen information.

     However, in many instances this does not work in China.  Applicants can see all of the other content of the application, but not these widgets.  Because the widgets/info are required, they cannot continue the application.

     

    Please help us to fix this!!!

    We used jQuery and Max CDN for the widget, so that is most likely the cause of the problem. As far as I know, these websites are blocked in China. I am sorry, but the only way you can fix this would be to use our regular dropdown. You can choose to show Countries as the option in the settings.

    To avoid losing the current entries in the widget, I would suggest setting up the widget as not required then hide it.
