Additional translations will not save in form

Hello  - I have a form that I need to save in multiple languages.  Some languages, like Chinese and Japanese, save without an issue, but others, such as French and Russian will not.  I tried deleting the language and re-adding it.  It seems to translate what it can automatically, but when I add something or even go back to it, all of the changes are gone.  This is the link to the form.  I don't want to clone it because I already have it mapped with Salesforce through Zapier, and I also don't want to maintain multiple versions of the form.  What I saw in the forums wasn't helpful.  Any ideas?  Here is the form:
