How do I recover a form I deleted accidentally?

    I accidently deleted the form when I was going back and forth between documents.  Can it be recovered?

    I see that the form you mentioned is already in your list of forms, working properly.

    With no forms currently in the "Trash" folder, I understand that your issues is resolved?
