remove form from trash

I didnt mean to move one of my forms to the trash and it wont let me move back over unless I pay monthly

You have 3 forms, and a free account allows you to have up to 5 forms, so it should be possible to move the one from the trash folder back to "My Forms" list. What is the form you are trying to move back?
