Need to know the best way to create my form

1. Collect data: I need a form with fields that will collect wedding client information such as name address package chosen, signature, etc (that's the easy part).

2. Display an agreement (via pdf or text) that the client must sign.  

3. When submitted it must send a copy of the form fields and the signed agreement back to the client and me  (for legal reasons)

4. Lastly, I need the client to be able to pay for their chosen package and options (like a checkout)

I know at least 2 of these can be done, but I'm hoping all 4 can be done.  What is a good way to accomplish this or is it even possible?

You can add a Text element on your form that includes the agreement for the client must sign.

You can set up an Notification Email so that you may able to receive their reponses on your form and an Autoresponder Email if you want the user to receive an email of their responses. Here are the guides to help you on how to set up those:

Then, you can attach a PDF submission to the Emails by enabling the PDF attachment on Email Settings.

However, by default, the agreement texts will not be shown on PDF submissions so you should enable also the Show Headers and Texts on the Submission Page. Here's a guide on How to Show Headers and Text in the PDF

4. Lastly, I need the client to be able to pay for their chosen package and options (like a checkout).

You can add a Payment Field on your form and integrate your form into 3rd party payment gateways. Please refer to this guide: Order Form Basics.
