How can I move fields long distances?

I searched everywhere but couldn't find an answer.

I can move a field easily up and down by dragging and dropping.  But if I have to move one field (or several) from page 1 to page 10 of a form, I have no idea how to do that.  I could not find any way to drag from the form to the page number at the bottom left or a cut / paste option from the form.

Any ideas?  Dragging and dropping long distances is tedious - I'm sure you guys have designed a better way that I just can't figure out yet.

You can also find other options if you right click on the selected field, below is a screencast on how I selected multiple fields and move them all at once: 

So far, the best way to move the fields is still by drag and drop.
