Hi Jot support, I've made a video for the issues I've been facing with the form. Please watch it and recommend possible solutions. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-9iJIF0oiUBX3BuS08yNTNZVkU/view

Also please don't forget to see how it effects the STUDIO TOTAL.

    Looking for support.

    Thanks

    Hello nueratrend,

Thank you for sharing the video, it helped us understand the issue you are having. It is possible to solve your problem by editing the existing conditions. You need to add one more IF statement in all of your conditions related to "How often would you like this service?" and "Discount" field. Please check the screenshot below:

Please take a look at the following cloned form where I have edited the conditions and see if this works as expected:  https://www.jotformpro.com/form/71371910745961

Feel free to clone this form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning:  https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hello nueratrend,

I have also fixed the issue of "STUDIO TOTAL" in the cloned form but adding these conditions:

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

here are the conditions I've implemented.

Were there any work done in your home such as painting, construction / renovation or floor installation? – If yes, request a Post Construction quote (send to post construction form link).

Were there any work done in your home such as painting, construction / renovation or floor installation?

If no, (move to next question) is your home furnished?

    Is your home furnished?

If yes move straight to calendar for scheduling.

    Is your home furnished?

If no, Please call company at 718-782-7767 (prevent customer from going further in the form).

     ----------

The issue I'm facing is, when I implement

    Is your home furnished?

If yes move straight to calendar for scheduling.

Then it ruins all the conditions. So I want to bypass # of Bathrooms, baths, and total studio. and show the next button and dates and everything that comes after date. also you will see I've applied conditions on date. so if Mon- thursday there should be time 1 shown but it's all showing up. Please check it.

You can set condition that will hide # of Bathrooms, baths, and total studio fields, if yes option is selected.

Or you can hide them if "Move in Cleaning (3-3.5 hours)" option is selected.

Regarding time fields, I was not able to replicate it. Only one Time field is shown.

I forgot to mentioned that on my cloned form I have changed one condition.

It is condition for "Is your home furnished?" field, when No option is selected. Instead of hiding all fields on the form, you can hide only fields from first page.
