Hi,

I have registered with the Silver Monthly plan, and have just realised that you have a discount for nonprofit organisations. 

Is there any way to shift our account over to a nonprofit plan without having to cancel and resubscribe?

The Non-profit discount is 50% discount offer for any Paid Plans. You can apply for the Non-profit discount with your current Silver Plan. You can apply here: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/.

After submitting the Application, it will be reviewed and upon approval, you should get an email alert that your application is approved along with the instruction to avail the said discount.
