I'm  trying to create anchor links on my page

I'm  trying to create anchor links on my page to link within the same page how do I do that? 

If I understood your question correctly, You would like insert a link to your form but also would like to open this link in the same page as where your form is opening.

Unfortunately, "target=_self" is ignored automatically. The links on the form are opened in a new tab of the browser. However, you can download the form source code and embed your website. After that, you can customise the script inside it which will achieve that function.
