I cloned one of your form (https://form.jotform.me/62998018659474) and integrate it with Google Drive. Somehow, the integration is working fine on my end.
Have you tried removing the Google Drive integration and adding it back on your Form to see if this help to solve the issue?
If the issue still persists after re-integrating it, please let us know.
