i got a notification saying that my questionaire bounced back and it didn't go through to my email. I changed my email. Could you see why that happened?

I have checked your account e-mail address "email@example.com" and it was not in our Bounce List now.
You may have a look at them to learn how to prevent e-mail bouncing issues and how to remove your e-mail from bounce list if it is in.
Also, you can whitelist our IPs for preventing this issue:
