    Hi,

I want to create a form where if a user gives a particular answer to a question then they pay some money, but if they give a different answer they don't pay.

Can you have a look at my form and see if what I have done will work.

    Thanks.

I checked your form and I see the question there "Is this your session", so how do you want your form to work based on yes and no, how do you want your form to work? To show/hide the payment field (I see you already did that), on Yes it's shown on No it's hidden:

Do you want some other actions in your form?

Please let us know so we can adjust it for you.

    Thank you!

I want the payment field to only show if you say 'No'.

What I wanted to check is that it's possible within the same form to have some people submit using Paypal and others do a submission without paypal (because they are not paying anything.)

I tested your form and the form is redirecting to PayPal when No is selected and it's just submitting when Yes is selected. Which is what you needed from what I understood.

You can check my cloned version of your form: https://form.jotformpro.com/71371861692967

I didn't change anything there so the form should work the same like yours.

Please check and let us know how it worked.

    Thank you!

    Thank you.

One other question...  When the user clicks through to paypal, do they get brought back to the form after checking out, or does paypal automatically submit the form?

Your customer will be redirected to a Thank you page of your form if the payment was successful, otherwise no.

If you have any additional questions please let us know.

    Thank you!
