My forms are disabled

    I have upgraded to a Bronze account.

    Created a new form.

    Tried DreamWeaver code as well as iframe code.

    Nothing works, my forms are still disabled.

    I need this to work TODAY.

    I checked your account and found that you have forms which are asking for sensitive information such as a password. As a result, this has been suspended by our phishing filter as this filter scans and flags forms suspected for phishing. Collection of such sensitive information is prohibited here in JotForm as indicated on our terms of use (
