customers are selecting certain deparments but its gong to the incorrect emails..is there anyway to stop this from happening? Thank you

I have checked your JotForm and see that there is a condition set on the form to send the notification to different emails based on the selection of the department.
I believe that you want to send the email notification to different email based on the selection of department. In this case, it is required to set separate conditions for each department so the emails can be sent to the appropriate recipient.
