Why are all of my forms in restore mode?

    I am having issues using any of the forms I create - is it possible that my account isn't active any longer? Both of the forms I recently created are unusable, giving me a "form not found" message.

    Your account was in dormant status due to inactivity, but I have activated it again, so you can start using your forms.
