I renewed our premium account today but we were sent a notification of a downgrade. Also, I checked our account and it did not show that it had been upgraded.
It is imperative that our forms be processed since we are at the peak of our activity. Please let me know the status of our account asap.

Our records don't show a recent payment made either on behalf of the username gulfcoast4sq or the email address gc*c@com***t.net
Can you please provide us with either the correct email address your have registered or the order number so I can investigate further?
