Back and Next Buttons

I am making a new survey and when I add a new page, either a back or next button appears.  When I go to edit that field and either add the back button and hide it, the Hidden/Visible option is not working properly.  

In the screenshot attached, you can see that both the buttons should be visible but only the next is showing.  I've tried hiding the next and that doesn't work either.

The back and next buttons are necessary to navigate between pages, example:

If you do not want the back and next button, then add all your fields in the same page.
