I am following this post closely, as I am having the same issues with decryption of signatures in form responses.

Could you please provide us with more information on the issue, such as the form ID or URL, and any information you see relevant, in order to prepare an escalation? Thank you in advance.

The signature attached just fine if a pdf is attached to the response.  However this creates an additional step.  I would prefer to have the signature embed in the response email, the email can simply be printed for a record without creating an email storage issue with the pdf attachment doubling the size of the response.

I have checked your form and found that it doesn't have encryption enabled:

Perhaps you have another encrypted form that is causing you issues, not this one?

I have no encryptions on any of my forms.

Please note that the parent issue in which you have replied, was about an encrypted form, and you stated that you have the same issue, so I understood that your form is encrypted too.

As this seems to be a different issue than the one you originally commented in, an issue that is affecting your non-encrypted form, could you please provide us with a screenshot so we can have an idea on what you see?

    Thank you in advance.

I understand that you want to display the signature from the submission in the email notification received. I see that the signature field is already added to the notification. Are you experiencing any issue displaying the signature in the email? Could you try adding a new notification to the form and see if that helps? Also, please try using a different email address on a separate domain and let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to take a look again.
