Google spreadsheet integration not working on our form

Our "Theme Quiz Registration" jotform is not dumping results into the spreadsheet on our end. It's causing a MAJOR headache. Any reason you can see why that may be happening?

I have pushed the missing submissions to the spreadsheet for your JotForm https://form.jotformpro.com/61595344702962. Please check the spreadsheet now and see if the new submissions are being updated.
