I am trying to get each form submitted not only to our email but to our organizations drop box account. However, even though it says our drop box has been authenticated, when I click on the link it provides, I get a message in our dropbox saying the folder does not exist. When I check, it really doesnt exist.

I have tested this and I can replicate what you're mentioning as well, I will report it to our second level so our developers can take a look on it, we will let you know as soon as we get any update about it.

This is now fixed. Please edit your form's Dropbox integration and complete it so that the folder will be created.
By the way, folder will also be created automatically when your form is submitted at least once.
