How can I take my form date and use a template now please?

Was originally manually designing form, now I want to import this data to template.  How can I do this please?

If I my understanding is correct, you want to make your form as the template form. 

You can clone your form to have another copy/version. You can then work on the cloned version and leaving the original form template intact.
