I have tried to log back into my account after cleaning my cookies, to no avail. Every email account that I own I have used for a password reset but none are being located in your database. I use email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com. I don't know what you can search to look for an account but just in case, here are some of my form numbers: The site is not live yet so I cannot provide a URL for the field below but it will be storyized.com.
There is a third but I can't find the file for that at the moment. I was going to logon on to upgrade my account now that I know your forms fit the needs of our site. Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated as I will have to spend days rebuilding and retesting those forms.

Hello Martin. I have checked the forms you have provided and found that it is associated to a guest account. Guest accounts do not have usernames and have a high possibility of getting lost since browsers depend on cookies alone and cookies expire in due time.
However, you can try creating a new free account using your yahoo.com address. This has a high possibility of instantly migrating the forms from the guest account to your new free account. if it does not work, we can migrate the forms to your newly created free account.
