External Link can not be redirected

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have embedded the Jotform code onto my Wix page. Apparently, the user will be redirected to an external link once they have filled in the following email address: example@example.com.

https://ahwing0823.wixsite.com/fireinsureking/clientlogin

It should be redirected to the following page: https://ahwing0823.wixsite.com/fireinsureking/c20170519lmy

Unfortunately, the page remains to be blank when I try to access it on Firefox and Chrome browser.  Please advise and your help is much appreciated.   And please advise if it is compatible on mobile phone.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I tried to submit the form using its direct link (not embedded) and I have not encountered any issues as I was redirected to https://ahwing0823.wixsite.com/fireinsureking/c20170519lmy. However, when I tried to submit your form from your website, I was able to reproduce the issue you described.

May we know how did you embed the form to your website, please? Did you follow the instructions in this guide (Adding-a-Form-to-Your-Wix-Site)?

Can you try embedding your form using the iframe code specifically designed for Wix platform (Please see screenshot below)?

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your follow-up.

I have followed the above instruction and provided screenshot, yet, I am still unable to access to the external link.

For instance, I have added the iFrame app from the Wix Market and I have also added the HTML code option directly from the (+) button in the Wix editor.  However, I am still unable to be redirected to the external link as per provided.  Apparently, it seems like the external link will not work if I have embedded the form to my page.  Please advise how to proceed.

I have checked your webpage and I can see the issue, upon checking the web console I can see some errors related to the iFrame redirection: 

Seems like Wix is blocking redirection to external sites from iFrames, this may be due to security reasons. 

As you can see on my screenshot above, in the Wix iFrame you see the sandbox permissions (within the sandbox attribute for the iFrame). You could read more about it here: https://www.html5rocks.com/en/tutorials/security/sandboxed-iframes/ 

You should add the "allow-top-navigation" to the sandbox attribute of the Wix iFrame in order to get the JotForm form to redirect to the custom thank you page. 

You could also contact Wix Support about how to do it.
