Why are we being charged the $19 fee when we have already submitted our 501c3 paperwork

Though your application was approved, I do not see any sign up for the discounted subscription.  The discount is not automatically applied, it requires setting up a new subscription through the links sent in the confirmation email. 

The confirmation email and sign up links for discounted subscriptions was sent toinfo@rescueadog.org on April 21st.  You will receive a pro-rated credit the remainder of your current subscription when signing up for the non-profit subscription.
