    Issues with JotForm

Asked by CUF on May 19, 2017 at 11:02 AM

The JotForm is not loading properly in some browsers. Whilst it is working in Safari, it is experiencing problems in both internet explorer and google chrome. Can someone please look into this urgently as it seems to be affecting forms other than the one listed in the URL: https://form.jotformeu.com/70783893796377 and it is almost the weekend now where this will surely affect registrations for our event.

The terms and conditions seem to be the focus of the issue, as well as the image at the top.

I checked your form and it loads fine on IE and Chrome

Can you try clearing your browser's cache and try again?

That is not working, there is definitely something wrong with the form. None of the embedded images are working, and ALL the terms and conditions have disappeared. This is now happening on mobile as well. Which means all our forms are not currently working as they should. This is an issue as if we can't rely on JotForm to provide a consistent service, we will have to look into other options.

It is happening intermittently across several different browsers, just an example of some of the forms are:

I have checked your forms in multiple browsers on different devices, and I wasn't to replicate the issue in any of them, I also checked the console and there's not log of any error. Can you try your forms on a different network? Just to confirm where the issue is happening, as there's nothing on our end as far as I can see.

    Thank you!
