How can you import a PDF form and merge two forms together?

I have a registration PDF form that I'd like to use and would like to merge 2 forms together? How can I do that? Please provide instructions.

You will be able to import your PDF form if it was created using the Adobe Formscentral tool, otherwise, you will need to manually create your form through our Form Builder and then export it as fillable PDF form. 

Regarding to merge two forms, do you want to import them and get only one form? 

You may want to take a look to our Field  Manager app, you could also combine the submissions from your forms, here's the link to the app that will help you doing it.
