Can I set an autoresponder email so only fields that were filled in are included in the email?

I understand I can choose if an autresponder email is sent based on input but my form has several branches and depending on input I would like to only include fields that were filled in the autoresponse.

That is by default, empty fields are hidden. 

But, please check this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/256-How-to-Hide-Empty-Fields-on-Email-Alerts so you can be sure if it is on in your Autoresponder.
