Account Downgraded - Form Disabled

    Hello,

     

    It looks like my account was downgraded, and form disabled. I applied all the requested updates to our ACH form, as you requested. It's now encrypted, signature collected, and permission/authorization confirmed with the customer. Can you please re-upgrade my account and enable my form?

    On May 12th we sent you a warning message about the form, but  never heard from you. Thus the system canceled and downgraded the account.

    But after checking you comply with all the required elements to collect bank account info, I have reactivated the account and created a new subscription as per your request.
