Can a form be added to another form?

i have a form created and want to use that as a second page for another form

Yes, you can. Use our iframe embed widget to add the second form: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed. 

Please note that the first and second form are not connected to each other. When the first form is submitted, you'll only get the first form data. There is no way you can submit both by just clicking a single button from each form. 

Would you mind letting us know why you want the second page to be a separate form?
