We have inserted the option to send automatic emails to the client and they are not receiving.

That form has not received any submission yet. You might be referring to the other form, which ID is: 71384317255659
Our mail logs shows that notifications are being sent:
Please check your spam folder, and if you find the notifications there, mark them as NOT SPAM. Also, you may whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
