I have just had an email saying our SSL submissions for the month is almost full, could I please confirm what these are as I do not understand?
Is this the amount of submissions we have had during the month?

Yes. Currently you have 9 SSL submissions already, which will reset next month. If it reaches the max 10 allowed before next month, it may prevent your form from being submitted.
What you can try to do is re-embed the form without the secure(SSL) protocol. This will make the submissions only adds up to your normal/regular submission quota.
If such occassion always happen on your secure submissions, it is recommendable to upgrade subscription.
