Hi, we are a public agency and use a jotform for our free workshops we offer to the public.

Currently, I get a message that we are over our submission level. At this time we have had only one submission in the last month of May. I also believe that we have paid for a subscription. Our Accounting Dept. is closed for the weekend, and I am not able to check the status of our account. Can you help, as we want to make sure that the public is able to use the form this weekend. Thank you.

I checked your account and it is under the Free account. Upon checking, I can see that the Total Submission has now reach the limit of 500 Total Submissions for Free account. Here's an explanation for Total Submissions:

The 500 total submissions storage means that Free users are limited to a total of 500 submissions in their account. For every submission exceeding the 500 will cause for the oldest submission in the account to be removed.

To clear the Total Submission, you need to delete old submissions to your form or you can let the system automatically deleting old submissions when there's new submissions coming in to your account. You can also upgrade your account for unlimited Total Submissions. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
