Mobile Issues

    When I view my form on a mobile device I get the following issues:

     

    1) Some text formatting is not correct. e.g. "your details" at the top of the form.

    2) The background zooms in, is there any way to control this?

    3) The background tiles, I want it to fill the screen and remain fixed.
