Premium Account Not Upgraded

    I followed forum advice for clearing my IE 8 cache & am still showing that I have a "free" account.  As I have launched my corporate forms, this is a serious concern.  Pease advise.  TY.

    Hi; We are really sorry for inconvenience caused. I have manually upgradede your account and now on Premium account.
