I am unable to upgrade to higher plan.

    Hi there,

    I am out of space on the bronze package, but when I try to upgrade to silver, it just reverts back to bronze.

    Hello Jack,

    I have gone ahead and switched your subscription to silver monthly subscription plan. Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
