when I click the submit button the forms are not being emailed. I click the test button and receive the forms under configuration but emails will not come through. It worked for a while then stopped.

I checked spam and no issues since the test email is coming through no problem.

here is the form I am having issues with https://form.jotform.us/71325142146144

    Thank you

This happens when your messages are rejected by your email provider.

How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues

There is a couple of solutions to this problem:

    1. Add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contact list. That should stop the default sender emails from being blocked coming in.

    2. Or just use your own SMTP sender instead of the default.

The form emails are sent. You can check this in your email history section:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

But I can see that you are using a custom sender email through verification method. Please note that this method will still use our IP Address and your hosting provider may not allow that. I would suggest setting up the SMTP as mentioned by Aubreybourke.

You have also enabled the PDF Attachment and Send Upload as Attachment. Please note that these two will only work when noreply@jotform.com is used. You have to disable these options if you wish to use your custom sender email.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
