Can you please get back to us first and confirm if you're referring to the SHARED WITH YOU menu on the left nav when you view the MY FORMS page using Safari as your browser?
In case we're mistaken, just get back to us with a bit more info and a clearer description of what you're having issues with so we can better assist you.
