Why is form working for some but not others?

This problem relates to my "Freddie Houston" form. It has worked for some people, and it works for me. Never the less, I am getting feedback:

Hi Coach Ross -  the form is telling me that I already submitted an entry but I haven't. I tried a new browser but it looks like it still won't let me.

Every time I try to register Avery it gives me an error message about multiple submissions? What am I doing wrong?

Something might be wrong with their registration site.  I keep getting an error message that only one submission is allowed.  Not sure what that means but it happens whether I sign Cooper up for one or three events.

This is happening because in the form settings (under show more) the options:

    1. Unique submission must be set to "No Check"

    2. Unique question must be set to "No Check"

    Hello @PantherCoach,

The error message you're getting is related to "Unique Submission" or "Unique Question" limits.

You can limit a user through browser cookies or via IP address. You can do that by enabling the "Unique Submission". Please check this guide for more details: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form.

The function of the "Unique Question" is to limit submissions that have the same answer from that specific field. For example, the user puts "John Smith" on the full name field and submitted the form. If the same or another user entered "John Smith" in the name field, they will get this error message. For more information about Unique Question, please refer to this guide: How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question.

You can disable these options by setting them in "No Check".

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
