There appears to have been no email triggered on a form completion that has previously worked

the form has not been changed since the email trigger last worked.

when i manually forwarded the submitted form data it took 9 hours to arrive at its destination.

have you been doing anything to the system that would cause these delays.

i have previously had similar issues a few months ago with another form where the forwarding email triggers did not fire.

i hope this reduction in delivery quality is not because i am on the free version?

This can occur because messages are rejected by the email provider.

A sure fix is to not use the default sender. Instead setup a custom SMTP server.
