You have a few list of charts in the form, so this is a bit complicated to accomplish. If it's based on the chart selection, then you have to send the link individually. Since you allow multiple selections, it's hard to combine this by a condition. There's so many IF's.
You have 37 options, create one autoresponder for each option. Then send them by conditional logic.
Note, add the link in the autoresponder email. This is easier than creating conditions to send an email at once.
Please try it and let us know if you need further assistance.

not sure how an autoresponder email would have an image inserted into it? Is there anyway to integrate links to box or other account where the document might be stored that is available once the purchase is made?

To insert an image, you have to click on the Image icon:
Yes, you can also just paste in the links from your Box account. You need to upload the file to your Box account and get its shareable link.
Again, you have 37 options so you need to create 37 autoresponders, each with a different link. You are limiting selections to 5, so that's better and shouldn't cause any issues on your form such as delays in sending emails.

Does the autoresponder send after the payment is made?
- JotForm SupportWelvinAnswered on May 21, 2017 at 04:44 PM
Yes, that's correct. The autoresponder will get sent right after the payment is made. Please note that once a client submits your form and fail to send the payment, the submission will be recorded in your incomplete payment list.
Here's how you can check the incomplete payment list: https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-view-incomplete-payments.
If you want to know if someone submits the form but fail to send the payment, you can enable the pending payment emails:
