How to add more "other" fields for checkboxes?

Hello, 

I have a checkbox field for identifying who is at a meeting.  Is it possible to make it so when the "other" box is filled another "other" box will appear so we can add multiple entries

You could add one more checkbox field to your form:

And create a condition that if "Other" field is checked, show second other field:
