Hi. I am so excited about JotForm except for one question. My form contains checkboxes for multiple size requests. Without the requestor having to submit individual forms for each size, is there a way that we can turn these into single line items for tracking purposes with google docs?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

What you are looking form is not possible currently. However, if notice an increasing amount of people requesting the same feature, our development team might consider to implement it in the near future

you will find that this user: http://www.jotform.com/answers/338896-Can-I-have-a-check-box-with-multiple-selections-trigger-multiple-submis asked pretty much the same question (check boxes - multiple lines). And now I do, too. The number is increasing ;).
If it will not be implemented, I would appreciate a quick tip regarding a workaround.
Thank you very much!
All the best

There is a small workaround for this. You would need to create a separate checkbox field for each option and then remove the headers to make it look like they are not separate. Your form would look like this:
Which looks as if there is one checkbox field with multiple choices, though there is actually 4 fields. Your spreadsheet will treat this data as 4 different entries. Each checkbox will be separated out to it's own cell.
Let us know if this is not what you were looking for and we will be happy to see what else we can do.

I ran into this old post by searching for a solution to the same problem. I will share my workaround to this issue and also kindly ask the amazing team of developers at JotForm to come up with a solution to this very annoying problem.
I often use jotforms to collect study data. These studies always have multi-select questions. What I have done is create hidden field and conditional logic for each of the options on a multi-select question to be able to write them on separate cells in the spreadsheet.
Please consider the request,

Thank you for sharing your workaround. That's indeed the easiest one I know.
I have moved your thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/821881 so I can submit it as a feature request. Since this thread talks about Google Spreadsheet Integration, I presume that your request is for this integration.
