My Account is suspended ? (Login - SUSPENDED)

    Dear Support,


    Based on information that i got from jotform login,

    I got this message "Login - SUSPENDED",

    What should I do?,

    I have another account that gave same information,

    Your account was suspended because your forms are collecting Passwords from the users which are against our Terms of Use.

    Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    I have now removed the guilty fields and re-activated your account. Please refrain from doing this because if your account got suspended again, it will become difficult for us to re-activate your account again.
