Form is phishing and needs to be removed.

    Hi,

    I presume what you meant is that this form is doing "phishing"? I see that when translated from Chinese to English, it ask for an email AND password which violates our Terms of Use. I have suspended the account associated with that form, the form will not be accessible anymore.
